Exquisite BBQ Dinner in the garden and cloister gallery of the Carmelite Priory

Culinary discovery tour of Bruges whereby small groups were guided through Bruges by horse tram, boat ride on the canals and on foot. Along the tour, the starter and main course were served in 2 different traditional restaurants, the evening ended with a dessert buffet and jazz performance at the recently opened Huis ter Beurze, a 15h century trade and money exchange venue.

Piano Concerto at the old Concertgebouw, followed by a reception and dinner at Forum 6, which features spectacular view on the historic city center.

Highlights:

Exclusive occupation of a brand new hotel created out of three historical residences of the local aristocracy in the heart of the historic center;

Because of specific meeting requirements, Seauton proposed the meetings to take place at different venues, adding an appreciated dynamic to the event. One meeting took place at the Provincial Court, where the county assembly usually takes place. The venue was refurnished to be suitable for the meeting: round tables for the morning session and presentations given at different rotating market booths for the afternoon session.

For dinner, the Museum Gallery Xpo Salvador Dali, within the Belfry of Bruges, was privatized. A dinner between 300 artworks created by the master of surrealism in a sensational setting. Sensational atmosphere and an unforgettable evening.
