What? A three-day meeting and incentive in Madrid for an investment company. This yearly initiative is an opportunity for them to exchange information and to boost the team spirit.
Target audience? A team of people with a financial profile. They belong to the same team but they have different nationalities and work from different locations. The goal of this yearly event is a time to reconnect with their colleagues in a different environment and to get a better perspective and understanding of the team.

This is what we did:
- Find a fabulous boutique hotel with a suitable meeting space.
- Look for interesting activities and authentic dinner locations.
- Take care of the branding and communication.
- Set up a complete programme with a private walking tour through Madrid and the Prado museum guided by an art specialist and an authentic Spanish tapas lunch in a local eatery.
