What SEAUTON did:

  • Reserving flights, transfers & hostel
  • Creating a programme with interesting social activities
  • Helping to plan the company visits and arranging transport
  • Working out/updating the communication (dedicated Facebook page) together with the client, preparing pre-meetings for the students (information evenings).
  • Working out and following the planned logistics.
  • Supervising the project on site and managing it properly
The project managers from Seauton who were present on site performed their duties properly, professionally and agreeably. They communicated in a clear and very focused way. During the study trip, they also helped the group come together. The collaboration with Seauton is definitely worth repeating!
