What? Dynamic press launch of the Toyota AURIS for Toyota Motor Europe, at which journalists were able to make test-drives. They were invited at the Dolce La Hulpe hotel in Brussels in the first and in the last week of June to discover the new car. It was an experience they would never forget thanks to the perfect reception and organisation and the memorable outdoor setting with tents.
Target audience? (Car) journalists from twenty European countries.
Number of participants? 600 journalists
This is what we did
Find the perfect accommodation, locations for the reception, the lunches, the coffee breaks, etc. and negotiate with the hotel and the various venues.
Develop a communication strategy and coordinate the branding together with the design agency.
Be creative and get the maximum out of every location.
Manage the budget.
Take care of the logistic follow-up and the on-site project management.
Nothing is quite as brave as celebrating before the race is run, but I'm going to do it anyway. We - you - can make an enormous difference by making these launches feel personable. And you do. I am genuinely looking forward to restarting in two weeks time.
